The hospitality area is situated on the south aspect of the West Arena.
This is an enviable spot for following the dressage or show jumping classes, and is only a short walk from the Retail Village and the Cross Country Course.

 

Hospitality in Private Chalets

 

The Hospitality Chalets offer secluded dining facilities for a minimum of 20 people. You will have your own bar facilities, designated waitresses, and private garden area overlooking the West Arena.

If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact the Horse Trials Office to book in advance as this facility is only available when booked in advance.

Each chalet can accommodate 20 persons but additional chalets can be opened to expand the area in multiples of 20.

The hospitality package includes:

  • Exclusive use of own private chalet;
  • Access to the Members Marquee and bar area;
  • Use of own ring-side garden facility;
  • Entrance tickets;
  • Members badges (essential for entering the hospitality areas)
  • Free car parking in the Public Car Park (one per couple)
  • Morning coffee and bacon rolls on arrival
  • Pimms reception
  • Three Course luncheon
  • Free programmes
  • Complimentary wine and soft drinks throughout the meal.  Additional drinks can be purchased as required
  • Afternoon tea
  • Dedicated toilet facilities

Hospitality in the Members Dining

 

If you require the above package for smaller numbers, or do not require the privacy of your own chalet, please contact the Horse Trials Office to book a table in the main Members Dining facility. 

We are able to take bookings on the day, however, tables are limited and are subject to availability therefore early booking is advisable.

All visitors (except under 12s when accompanied by and adult) require a Members badge to enter the hospitality areas. These can be purchased in advance or from the Secretaries Tent on the day.

Dogs are not permitted in any of the hospitality marquees and must remain in the Members' garden with its handler.

For those who wish to dine more informally, Members' badge holders have access to the bar area in the Members' Marquee where light snacks and drinks can be purchased throughout the day.
