The fantastic new double-decker marquee situated on the South aspect of the West Arena offers spectacular 360 degree views from the first floor accommodation.

 

Drinks and light refreshments can be purchased here and (subject to availability) you can relax on the first floor veranda overlooking the West arena. This is an enviable spot for following the dressage or Show Jumping classes. This is only a short walk from the Retail Village and the Cross Country Course can be viewed outside at, the rear of the marquee.

 

Pre-booked Hospitality in Private Chalets

The ground floor offers secluded dining facilities for a minimum of 20 persons. You will have your own bar facilities, designated waitresses, and private garden area overlooking the West Arena. If you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact the Horse Trials Office to book in advance as this facility is not available unless booked in advance.

Each chalet can accommodate 20 persons but additional chalets can be opened to expand the area in multiples of 20.

Smaller numbers can be catered for in the main VIP dining facility. If you require the above package for smaller numbers or do not require the privacy of your own chalet, please contact the Horse Trials Office to book a table in the main VIP Dining facility. Tables are limited and early booking is advisable.

Hospitality packages for unreserved bookings

Please note, these are subject to availability, and pre-bookings are strongly recommended!

All visitors (except under 12s when accompanied by and adult) require VIP wristlets to enter the VIP areas. These can be purchased in advance or from the Secretaries Tent on the day.

Dogs are not permitted in any of the VIP marquee and must remain in the VIP garden with its handler.

For those who wish to dine more informally, VIP wristlet holders have access to the bar area on the first floor where light snacks and drinks can be purchased throughout the day.

Please note access to any of the VIP areas is restricted to VIP wristlet holders only. These can be purchased in advance or at the Secretaries Tent.
